Cancellation Policy

To cancel a course, please send an email to kimberlybramleymsp@gmail.com with the following details:

Your name
Class title
Class date

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the class. You will receive a confirmation email, along with information about any possible refund, based on the specific cancellation policy for your course.

Payment Policy

All course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the class. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and company checks. Payment details will be provided during the registration process.

Certification Policy

Successful completion of a course requires active participation and demonstration of the required skills. Upon completion, participants will receive a certification valid for the specific duration outlined in the course details. Replacement certificates are available upon request for a nominal fee.

Code of Conduct

To maintain a positive and productive learning environment, participants are expected to:

  • Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect.
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior or use of inappropriate language.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided during the training.

Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.
